As a certified facilitator of LEGO® Serious Play® method and materials and a lifelong learning motivator, I believe in knowledge sharing, innovation, communication, and creativity. In my opinion, my most important role is to bring fun and creativity into learning processes. With a professional approach and focus on international cultures for more than 25 years, I aim to bridge the gap between theory and praxis as well as to bridge the gap between being serious and benefitting from play. 
 
Skilled in selecting and adapting relevant materials, I am able to apply a variety of appropriate methods in multicultural environments. Based on my unique mix of knowledge and experience I always try to get the best out of others.
